Bags & CasesDrum bags and cases protect your beloved instrument. There are various differences which mainly lie in the padding. Normally drum bags back-off small blows, e. g. when transporting. Drum cases, however, protect the instrument from stronger blows due to the solid body. Yet, each group (bags and cases) show grave differences. Inexpensive drum bags don´t have a padding at all or if so, only a very thin one. Expensive bags have a very thick and therefore very heavy padding. The same can be said for drum cases although here the padding also avoids scratches inside of the case.
