The Musik Produktiv Money Back Guarantee extends the legal Money Back Guarantee from 14 to 30 days. To claim this extended service be sure to fulfill the following criteria:

• The goods must be in immaculate condition, with no signs of use, complete with all accessories and must be sent back in the original packing.
• Used products, B-stock or selected seconds, single items or obsolescent model, as well as specially made items are excluded from the extended guarantee, as are commodities like lighting appliances, batteries, strings, skins or sticks.
• Audio and video media as well as books and software must bear the original seal.
• Books are excluded from the right of return due to legal rights toward copy right.
• Wind instruments, vocal microphones, earplugs, headsets and headphones are excluded from the right of return due to legal hygiene regulations.
• The guarantee applies only to items purchased via mail order.
• After the legal money back guarantee has expired the customer must bear the shipping costs.
