The Musik Produktiv low price guarantee becomes effective when:

• The product must be available from stock with a reliable and renown retailer with a buisness enterprise registered in Germany at the time of your notification.
• The guarantee aplies only to a comparison with an authorised retailer with a buisness enterprise registered in Germany. Offers found on e-bay or made by individuals, or from redirect pages are excluded.
• If typos have occurred with the competing company the correct price is arbitrative.
• Demo items, b-stock, returned items, all Mac and PC items as well as software are excluded from the Low Price Guarantee. Also excluded are special prices due to rebates covering the entire stock of a competing company.
