A test says more than a thousand words

Customer service, reliability and fair prices do pay off, as a test conducted by the magazine "tools4music" in edition 2/02 showed recently. Six large workshops of big music stores were tested without advance notice. The results: 1x very good, 2x good, 1x fair, 2x unsatisfactory, 1x failed.
