Tascam GT-R1
Tascam, who has been the digital recorder specialist for more than 50 years, for the first time presents the GT-R1, a digital recorder with test function and effects for guitarists and bassists. The GT-R1 is a handy machine connects the advantages of the Tascam Guitar Trainer MP-GT1 with the recording possibilities of the successful pocket-recorder DR-1 from Tascam. Users cannot only play to programmed music, but can also be creative and create their own songs or overdubs with ready-made tracks.
The light-weighted GT-R1by Tascam contains a drum computer with 88 preset rhythm patterns and 55 multi-effects with changeable parameters which can be allocated to the input- or playback signal. Additionally, like other Tascam trainers, it can influence the speed and the tone height of the playback in order to make practising of difficult tracks more easy, and it can reduce the volume of the guitar, bass and other sound areas of the available track. Further training features of the GT-R1 are a repeat function, loop-, single- and list-playback, chromatic tuner and a metronome.
The Tascam digital recorder GT-R1 does not only make a good figure as a trainer. Its inserted stereo microphone with changeable recording angles, an input for an external microphone and line-input and output make it a full-valued recorder for every kind of music or language. Automatic head loss control with the limiter and a changeable foot fall sound filter complete the fittings.
The Tascam GT-R1 can record and playback audio material in 16- or 24-bit-WAV or in MP3-format up to 320 Kbit/s. A GB-SD-card is delivered as memory media, for data-transfer a USB-2.0-access is available. The digital recorder is powered by a chargeable lithium-ion battery; an altering current adapter is also included.
