A complete new pick-up system has been developed that applies an absolute new standard. The A. R. T. pick-ups designed by Yamaha are based on contact microphones which are fixed to the bottom of the top. This way the tops of the guitar stay untouched by natural vibrating features and transport a clear and defined sound to the high-quality preamp. Thanks to the accurate cover technique all instruments are extremely insensitive to feedback – even at high volume. Additional features like a built-in tuner and 5 high-quality finishes make up further highlights of this new model.
