Epiphone Emperor Swingster TB · Electric Guitar

The original Emperor was the flagship in the series of Archtop guitars from Epiphone. Their name probably refers to Edward's rejection of the throne in 1936. The Emperor Swingster WR is a re-edition of this legendary guitar.
Rockabilly, Rock'n Roll and the classic Honky Tonk Country sound were born with the Archtop guitars. And even today, they are the voice of the Twangin 'and Swingin' style.

With its vaulted spruce top, maple back and sides, and a three-piece glued maple neck, this guitar is fully compliant with the Archtop design. Due to its laminated maple body, however, it has significantly less weight than a solid wood construction and is thus also easy to play while standing. It is comfortable in the hand and produces a full sound.
Their design differs from the historical jazz and blues guitars of the 1930s: the equipment with the Bigsby allows to add a slight "shimmer" to the clear guitar sound, the cutaway is cut less deeply and the new Swingster does not have a scratch plate.

Gibson's Archtop models were the benchmark for the shape and size of the F-holes. The edges are protected by a cream coloured binding, as well as the edges on the body. The wine-red outfit makes a brilliant impression together with the chrome-coloured mechanics.

Conclusion: If you're looking for a well-engineered hollow body, this low-cost electric guitar is the best choice. The parallel and serial circuit with push/pull tone control allows a wide range of sound possibilities. Also beginners will have their joy on this guitar!
