Keeley Loomer · Guitar Effect
Robert Keeley has always had a hand for somewhat different effect pedals. The Loomer pedal is a "daring" combination of reverb and fuzz!! The reverb side offers 3 different reverb programs: Reverb - a large reverberation that can create shimmer octave up sounds through a feedback loop, reverse - with the Decay knob you can create rhythmic reverse reverb sounds. This effect is inspired by the good old Yahama SPX90 and the Alesis Midiverb II, which were responsible for special effects in the 80s. The third is the SoftFocus program - the reincarnation of the legendary SoftFocus Presets of the Yamaha FX 500 from the 80s. This effect consists of a very dense reverb space and two different delay settings (250 ms and 380 ms). In the Fuzz section, Keeley reverts to the Muff Style circuit, already known from the Dark Side pedal, which can deliver violent distortions and can deliver sounds between soft and singing to the total saw. The Keeley description of the Loomer pedal is very fitting: The Wall of Fuzz!!
