Lovepedal Hermida Audio Reverb 3 · Guitar Effect
A hybrid reverb that captures the pre-delay'd slap of a mechanical spring unit mixed with the airy voice and decay of a vintage plate.
We all know the Hermida Reverb 2 is incredible, and this is exactly where they started.
Expanding on the capabilities of the Rev. 2 they included even more space, texture and air when desired. The Reverb 3 includes a custom, full 24-bit DSP reverb generator while the dry signal retains all nuance and dynamics as a result of a carefully tuned analog pre-amp and mix amplifier.
A little bit goes a long way. From a subtle reflection off your
Bedroom wall, to the endless sprawl of the galaxy and beyond! Alfonso
Hermida's third and final installment covers the most ground any
2-knob reverb can yet do. In trueform, the Reverb III was designed
In a stupid simple layout for the gigging musician to access a palate
Of sounds on the fly. Mix and Dwell controls work together to produce
Some of the most classic spring and room settings to add some
Dimension to your playing. At the extreme end, the Reverb III excels
At channeling the warm decay of 70's plate units, imbedded into our
Favorite classic rock recordings. Max out the controls and you're
Soaring through the cosmos, leaving only comet trails in your path.
Lovepedal Hermida Audio
Lovepedal has taken over production of the legendary Hermida Audio pedals. Apart from the classic Zen Drive and Reverb there are also the current pedals such as the Dover Drive and the EPH delay in their program.

I have an amp without reverb so I wanted a straight forward reverb pedal. I wasn't really interested in pedals like the tc electronic hall of fame or the keely aroura with their multiple settings and large scope of tones, I just wanted a splash of reverb.
I originally bought the EHX Holy Grail and it was crap - stay well clear! Even on the lowest setting I was drowning in reverb with a very long decay time - useless!
I returned the ehx and payed out a little extra on the Hermida Reverb 3 and it is infinately better. With just two knobs, mix and dwell, you can get a wide variety of reverb sounds, from short slap back to cathedral-esque grandeur and everything in between. You don't have to be an expert knob twiddler, the two controls work together in a very intuitive way so it is easy to dial in the sound you are after.
I love this pedal
