And the TC Electronic Flashback pedal functions as a 40 seconds seconds stereo looper. Other features of the Flashback pedal include a Spillover on/off switch for super-smooth and natural transitions between sounds, Delay Time, Feedback and Repeat controls. The TC Electronic Flashback Delay and Looper pedal also features TC Electronic’s audio tapping technology which allows guitarist to set delay times by strumming the guitar, and a toggle switch that goes between quarter notes, dotted 8s or stereo with different values left and right. Audio Tapping sets the TC Electronic Flashback pedals's tempo by strumming your guitar. You can then select from three delay modes: eighth note, dotted eighth note, and both eighth and dotted eighth note together which are independent from the delay style. The TC Electronic Flashback allows you to switch it from buffered to true-bypass mode, and you can also kill the dry output to use the Flashback in your amp's outboard effects circuit. The way the Flashback handles dry signals is also unique, giving it an all-analogue path which it blends with the processed signal. This ensures that your tone remains as pure as possible. The TC Electronic Flashback Delay and Looper pedal features TonePrint, a sound preset created by a specific guitarist. A TonePrint isn’t a static preset, it’s a complete re-tuning of the Flashback pedal including the sound and how the pots react. A USB cable connects the TC Electronic Flashback pedal to a PC or Mac to upload the TonePrint. Each pedal is capable of holding one TonePrint at a time.
